What happens the moment I subscribe?
You'll get a welcome email, and access goes to the TradingView username you entered at checkout — usually within 10 minutes, and within 24 hours at most. Pro unlocks all four algos (Paradox Algo, Quantum Edge, Kairos Scalper, Aurum), six quant indicators, the Stratera AI optimizer (macOS), Discord Premium, and preconfigured layouts you can load in minutes. Can I use this if I'm brand new to trading?
Honestly — it's built for traders with some screen time. You don't need to be a pro, but you should understand the basics of futures, risk, and order execution. If you're just starting out, learn the fundamentals first — the tools make far more sense, and are far safer, once you do.
Will I win every trade?
No — and be skeptical of anyone who promises otherwise. No algorithm or indicator can predict the markets with certainty. Our edge is disciplined, tested rules — not magic. Trading carries real risk of loss, past results never guarantee future results, and you trade at your own risk.

Yes. Every algo ships with prop-firm controls built in — daily loss and profit caps on every algo, plus a daily reset hour and a multi-day loss guard on Paradox Algo. Set the caps to your firm's rule sheet and the algo applies them to every trade. Whether any evaluation passes comes down to the market and your settings during the window — but the guardrails are there to keep you inside the lines.
What markets and timeframes does it work on?
Paradox Algo and the six indicators run on every TradingView market — futures (NQ, ES, GC, YM), crypto, forex, indices, stocks. Kairos Scalper is built for fast futures charts, and Aurum for gold on the 15-minute chart. Most of our traders run it on futures.
Do I need a paid TradingView plan?
Most of our traders use a paid TradingView plan (Premium is the most popular) for the extra alerts and chart layouts. Webhook automation needs a paid plan (Essential or higher) with two-factor authentication turned on. Taking the signals by hand works on any plan.
Where can I see the backtests?
Every algo we publish ships with a full TradingView strategy report — every trade, every metric, every drawdown — that you can review before you pay a cent. These are historical research backtests on past price data, shown for educational purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Paradox Algo is software — not a signal service or financial advisor.
Refund & cancellation?
All sales are final — we don't offer refunds. But you can cancel anytime in one click from the billing portal, and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
