# REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
**By completing any purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy in its entirety. This Policy forms part of and is incorporated into the Paradox Algo Terms of Service.**

## 1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS
All purchases of Paradox Algo products, services, subscriptions, and digital content ("Products") are **final and non-refundable**. Upon purchase, you receive immediate, irrevocable access to proprietary digital intellectual property — including but not limited to algorithms, indicators, strategies, data feeds, educational materials, and community access.
Because digital Products are delivered and accessible instantaneously upon purchase, you **expressly waive** any right to a "cooling-off period," withdrawal right, or right of rescission that may otherwise be available under applicable consumer protection laws, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This no-refund policy applies regardless of:
- Whether you used, partially used, or never used the Products- Dissatisfaction with Product performance, results, or perceived value- Failure to achieve desired trading outcomes or profitability- Misunderstanding of Product features, functionality, or scope- Changes in your personal financial situation, trading preferences, or investment goals- Forgetting, neglecting, or failing to cancel before auto-renewal- Technical issues, outages, or disruptions caused by third parties (including but not limited to TradingView, your broker, internet service provider, or device manufacturer)- Loss of access to your TradingView account, brokerage account, or any third-party platform- Regulatory changes affecting your ability to trade- Account suspension or termination resulting from your violation of our Terms of Service- Any other reason not expressly listed herein
## 2. SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
2.1. All subscription plans renew automatically at the then-current rate unless canceled **at least seventy-two (72) hours** prior to the next billing date.
2.2. You may cancel your subscription at any time by: (a) logging into your Paradox Algo account and navigating to subscription management; or (b) emailing support@paradoxalgo.com with your registered email address and explicit cancellation request.
2.3. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You retain access to Products through the remainder of your paid term. **No partial, prorated, or proportional refunds** will be issued for unused time within a billing period.
2.4. Failure to cancel before automatic renewal constitutes acceptance of the renewal charge and **does not entitle you to a refund** under any circumstance.
2.5. It is solely your responsibility to monitor your billing dates and manage your subscription. Paradox Algo is under no obligation to send renewal reminders.
## 3. PRE-PURCHASE ACKNOWLEDGMENT & INFORMED CONSENT
By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You have reviewed all publicly available information about the Products, including features, pricing, and this Policy, **prior to purchase**;
(b) You understand that all Products are **digital, immediately delivered, and non-tangible**, and that this nature makes refunds commercially unreasonable;
(c) You understand that trading involves **substantial risk of loss** and that no algorithm, indicator, or strategy guarantees profitability;
(d) You are making this purchase **voluntarily, without duress**, and with full knowledge of this no-refund policy;
(e) You are of legal age to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction;
(f) You have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.
## 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE REVOCATION
4.1. All Products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Paradox Algo. Your purchase grants a **limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license** to use the Products for personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.
4.2. Upon cancellation, expiration, or termination of your subscription for any reason, your license to access and use the Products terminates immediately (or at the end of your paid period, as applicable).
4.3. You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, redistribute, sublicense, resell, share access credentials, or create derivative works from any Products.
4.4. Violation of Section 4.3 constitutes grounds for **immediate termination** without refund, and Paradox Algo reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies including injunctive relief and damages.
## 5. EXTRAORDINARILY LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
Paradox Algo reserves the sole and absolute discretion — but is under **no obligation** — to consider issuing a refund or credit exclusively in the following circumstances:
(a) **Verified duplicate charge**: A demonstrably identical transaction processed more than once due to a confirmed technical billing error on Paradox Algo's payment processing system (not user error, not third-party error);
(b) **Verified unauthorized transaction**: A charge that your payment provider has independently confirmed as fraudulent and unauthorized — supported by a formal fraud investigation report from your financial institution.
All exception requests must be submitted in writing to support@paradoxalgo.com within **seven (7) calendar days** of the disputed charge, accompanied by all supporting documentation. Paradox Algo will investigate and respond within thirty (30) business days. **The determination of Paradox Algo shall be final and binding.**
## 6. CHARGEBACKS, DISPUTES & PAYMENT REVERSALS
6.1. You agree to contact Paradox Algo at support@paradoxalgo.com **before** initiating any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
6.2. Filing a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal without first exhausting the resolution process in Section 5 constitutes a **material breach** of this Policy and the Terms of Service.
6.3. Upon initiation of an unauthorized chargeback or dispute, Paradox Algo reserves the right to:
(a) Immediately and permanently terminate your account and revoke all Product licenses;(b) Report the dispute as fraudulent to applicable fraud prevention databases;(c) Pursue recovery of all amounts owed, including the original transaction amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees;(d) Refer the matter to a collections agency;(e) Pursue any and all additional legal remedies available under applicable law.
6.4. You acknowledge that chargebacks for digital goods that were delivered as described may constitute **fraud** under applicable law and may be reported accordingly.
## 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. In no event shall Paradox Algo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of any Products.
7.2. Paradox Algo's total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Products shall not exceed the **amount you paid for the specific Product** giving rise to the claim during the **thirty (30) days** immediately preceding the event.
7.3. You expressly agree that Paradox Algo shall bear **no liability** for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial decisions made using or relying upon any Products.
## 8. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **State of Texas, United States of America**, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the laws of the State of Texas shall apply regardless of your country, state, or jurisdiction of residence.
8.2. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this Policy, your purchase, your use of the Products, or the relationship between you and Paradox Algo shall be resolved exclusively through **binding individual arbitration** administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted remotely or, if in-person proceedings are required, in the **State of Texas**.
8.3. **YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.** All claims must be brought in your individual capacity only. This waiver applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8.4. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve all disputes, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
8.5. For disputes under $10,000, arbitration shall be conducted via documents and written submissions only, unless the arbitrator determines an oral hearing is necessary.
8.6. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees associated with the arbitration, except that Paradox Algo shall pay all AAA filing and administration fees for claims under $10,000 where required by AAA rules.
8.7. By agreeing to arbitration, you understand that **you are waiving your right to a jury trial** and your right to pursue claims in court.
## 9. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Policy is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
## 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & MODIFICATIONS
10.1. This Policy, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Paradox Algo regarding refunds and cancellations, and supersedes all prior communications and proposals.
10.2. Paradox Algo reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of Products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
## 11. REGULATORY DISCLAIMER
Paradox Algo and its affiliates are **not** registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, financial planners, or fiduciaries. All Products are provided for **educational and informational purposes only**. Nothing contained in any Product constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. Past performance of any algorithm, indicator, or strategy does not guarantee future results. You assume **full and sole responsibility** for all trading and investment decisions.
