Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, immediately accessible, and include proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any Paradox Algo product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
1. No Refunds
• Upon subscribing or purchasing any Paradox Algo product or plan, you gain instant access to proprietary indicators, data, and algorithms. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase—regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, or perceived performance.
• This includes, but is not limited to, cases involving:
• Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
• Misunderstanding of the service or strategy results
• Technical issues beyond Paradox Algo’s control (e.g., TradingView outages, account errors, or third-party restrictions)
• Changes in personal trading preferences, financial situations, or account access
2. Subscriptions & Renewals
• Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your Paradox Algo account or contacting support at support@paradoxalgo.com.
• Failure to cancel before renewal will not result in a refund.
3. Exceptional CircumstancesParadox Algo reserves the right—but is under no obligation—to issue a refund only in extraordinary cases involving:
• Duplicate payments due to technical billing errors; or
• Proven unauthorized transactions verified by your payment provider.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
• Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks are considered a breach of our Terms of Service. Paradox Algo reserves the right to terminate or block accounts, revoke licenses, and pursue recovery of damages or fees resulting from such actions.
